These bricks are mainly used for: • Masonry construction • Flooring subject to acid attack • Lining of chambers and towers in chemical plants • Lining of seers carrying industrial effluents 2) Fire Bricks (As Per IS: 6 & IS: 8) We export a wide range of fire bricks for industrial applications. These Refractory fire bricks are made from premium quality fire clay and are widely used as refractory insulating to retain insistent temperature. Our fire bricks and refractory bricks are extensively used in lining fireboxes, fireplaces, furnaces and kilns. 3) Ceramic unglazed Vitreous acid resisting tile (as per IS: 4457:1982) Has now become a market leader in making the most abrasion resistant and high strength floors in demineralization plants, battery rooms, factory/ workshop floor, industrial canteens etc. its anti skid surface great degree of traction to the vehicle wheels reduce the hazards while moving dangerous chemicals and raw materials. Not only this it can be easily installed even on vertical surface and has the advantage of ease of application and low maintenance. Its fire and impact resistant qualities coupled with stain and scratch gives it durability as well as elegance. Unglazed vitreous acid resistant tiles are mainly used in: • Demineralization plant • Battery rooms • Packing plants • Tank lining • Service station • Factory/ workshop floor • Industrial canteen • Forklift movement area 4) Salt glazed Stoneware Pipes and Fittings (as per IS: 651:1992) Is another product of Mangalam brand that is how being demanded by millions when it comes to drainage works. It is completely immune from corrosive action of acid and other chemicals present in sewage and promises a life long relief from leakage in sewer lines and reduce the expenditure of changing these lines in every ten or fifteen years. 4) Bed material: Mangalam Brand Bed Material, which is highly demanded in Boiler. Bed Material for FBC and CFBC boilers is a very exclusive refractory product, processed from special refractory aggregates of high chemical purity, dense consistency, high refractoriness, etc., and is apposite to sustain technical properties for fluidization at high temperatures of 14000C with different fuels, under most critical working conditions.
