ELETTROMECCANICA MB S.r.l. started operating in 1970, manufacturing in accordance with customer's specification or its own design: - Energy Distribution Board - MV/LV Transformer Substations - Automation and Instrumentation Control Panels - Related On-Shore ans Off-Shore Plants Since 1988 cooperates with CEI-Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano. It is an active member (nr. 01237) and its Managing Director is a member of the following committee: - TC 31 "Electrical Apparatus for potentially explosive atmospheres" - SC 31J"Electrical Installation in potentially explosive atmospheres" In 1999 achieves the certificate which confirms the compliance of its quality systems with Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:1994. In 2000 an European ATEX Notified Body certified the compliance of our system for Product Quality Assurance, with the European Directive 94/9/CE(ATEX) which covers every kind of "apparatus, protective system and components" designed to work in potentially explosive atmospheres. In 2003 EMB achieves a certificate which confirms the compliance of its quality system with Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:200. In 2009 achives a certificate of conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard(Certification nr. CERT-05485-99-AQ-ML-SINCERT)applicable for: Design and manufacturing of electrical equipment for safe or for hazardous area : - MV/LV Transformer Substations - Automation and control panels or boards - Pressurized Cabinets - Assmblies - Skid - Transportable VeNtilated Rooms (TVR) - Air Conditioners and HVAC systems - Equipment for mines and drilling works Explosion protected apparatus, safety systems and installation can suit customer's requirement inside the European Union(according to Atex directive) or in extra-european countries according to the following standards : - International IEC - ISO - USA NEC - ISA - ANSI - NFPA - FM - UL - CANADA CEC - CSA Web Site : www.elettromeccanicamb.com For the following applications : - OIL & Gas On/Off-shore industries - Chemical industries - Plastic Textile and Paper industries - Energy Production - Water Treatment - Environmental services In addiction to the main activity (basic and detail engineering, software development, assembling, wiring and testing), EMB offer the following integrated services: - Assistance and supervising in situ - After sales assistance - Spare parts supply - Planned maintenance - Technical assistance to prepare the Explosion Protection Documents.
